The air conditioning left much to be desired—didn't cool down enough for the hot weather. Room cleanliness was not up to par. sandy towels weren’t replaced on request, and the hotel next door caused smoke odor that seeped into our room. the limited sunbeds for 32 rooms felt insufficient, forcing us to search for alternative spots to relax.

The Sikara Suite was noisy, but the outdoor shower was amazing!

I had a grand stay! The staff were as friendly as a sunny day, and that pool area was just lovely for chilling. Only downside was the somewhat complicated check-in process. But overall, I’d gladly return!

The location's super convenient, just a quick walk to restaurants & shops. I loved the peaceful gardens around the pool! Very chill place to relax. The only thing was the wifi – kept dropping, which was a bit annoying. Breakfast by the pool was a treat with the homemade pastries, yum!

Staying for 3 nights in a Deluxe Double Room was quite enjoyable. The spacious room featured a fantastic outdoor shower, and I savored the delicious marmalade during breakfast. I encountered a few hiccups, the luggage shelf broke, and the safety box was malfunctioning. Plus, although the staff was friendly, the service was noticeably slow at times.
